3 lbs Down

As of this morning I am down 23 lbs! Yay!
I started doing an hour of cardio/strength training 2 or 3 days a week(in the basement rec room with Denise Austin) and a couple mile walk a couple days a week. As the weather gets colder I may need to find a place indoors to walk- I'm a real chicken when it comes to cold weather.
23 down, 45 more to go!

One Year Absence

Today I decided to check out my weight loss blog to see when I last updated it, well. . . . almost a year!
I re-committed to this whole weight loss thing in mid September and I have a 20 lbs loss from my highest weight(beginning My Fitness Pal weight).
I've decided to post my weigh loss/gain on Wednesdays again to stay accountable.
My goal here is to lose 48 more lbs, I'll see when I get there if more is needed. I would like to average 1.5 loss per week for the next 30 lbs and then 1 lb per week for the remaining.
I've got the eating thing pretty much under control right now but I need to work on doing more exercise.
