3 lbs Down

As of this morning I am down 23 lbs! Yay!
I started doing an hour of cardio/strength training 2 or 3 days a week(in the basement rec room with Denise Austin) and a couple mile walk a couple days a week. As the weather gets colder I may need to find a place indoors to walk- I'm a real chicken when it comes to cold weather.
23 down, 45 more to go!
