Slow going. . . . . . the scale is sort of stuck (stupid scale :) )
I feel like I did well tracking my food and stayed under 1350 cals all but 1 day.
I've been up and down so much my weight doesn't budge much at first- it takes awhile to see if this is for real. I also upped my activity and exercise this week, biking, aerobics etc. I could be building some muscle.
I lost .6 lb this week.
Hoping for a big loss next week.
Each week I'll highlight one food I've been eating.
This week it's a smoothie in the afternoon. I start with a can of Diet Mt. Dew- put it in the blender and add 1 cup frozen strawberries( I use the frozen strawberries from Sam's Club) and either some yogurt or skim milk. Blend it all up and it makes a very large afternoon pick-me-up, especially on these hot days.
