On a Roll

Happy to report a 2.6 lb loss this week! I think I might be able to do this :)
Total loss of 10.2 lbs since my heaviest a couple months ago, this is my number on My Fitness Pal so I'll go with this number on here too so I don't get confused.
I've been working out with Chantel in the evenings. We've been doing a DVD by Jillian Michaels, it's a good work out!
Gene's taking me away for a couple days for my 50th, I don't know where- it's a surprise. He told me to take my tennis shoes and biking gear so I'll be doing lots of calorie burning the way it sounds.
My new favorite food this week- Chobani yogurt. It's a greek yogurt, I tried it for the 1st time last week. It's awesome, almost like cheese cake ha ha! It's packed with protein and fills you up for a long time.
