Fail!

Gained 1.2 lbs this week- there I said it. This past weekend I just thought I would check to see if I could have Mickey D's Mocha Frappe's, hot wing dip, Buckaroo steaks etc. and still lose weight. Oops I guess not!
Now that I know that, this week it's back to tracking every bite and staying under 1320 calories.
I am feeling the inches lost this week.  Some of my clothes are beginning to get a little looser.
Looking for a big loss next week.
I CAN do this.
