Stalled

I'm in a bit of a rut. Too much eating out on shopping trips, not tracking my food and on and on. . . . .

No good excuses. This week I lost the weight that I gained last week. I've lost 12.4 lbs so far.

My goal for the next 4 days is to track every bite that goes into my mouth and stay under 1300 calories.
