I'm down almost another pound this week, total loss of 13.4 lbs.
There is a handy website www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html that I use to calculate, body mass, percent body fat and etc. According to yesterdays calculations I am 51.5 lbs overweight, yawn, I guess I have work to do :)
Check out the link, there's lots of good info and it helps motivate me. I think I'll re-calculate the 1st of every month to see where I'm at.
I still haven't got into the routine of tracking all my food. I did so well with it when I started this weight loss thing and my weight loss is stalling now because I'm not tracking. So. . . . . today I start tracking again. When the days are so busy and I'm running around like a mad dog I think I don't have time, but I WILL take the time.
Going for 2-3 lbs loss by next Wednesday- go Hilda!!!
